• India first: diet, joint family, Maternity Benefit Act, OPD time — not California defaults.
• Cite primary sources and Indian professional bodies when they exist.
• No “this one food will ruin your pregnancy” headlines.
• Hinglish is a register on the English URL, not a fake locale.
